Sé Boutique Hotel has enough personal protective equipment available for all workers, personal protective equipment available to guests according to its maximum capacity), stock of cleaning materials for single-use proportional to its dimensions, dispensers of alcohol-based antiseptics next to the entry/exit points, the entrance to the restaurant, bar and common sanitary facilities and waste container with non-manual opening and plastic bag.
In terms of cleanliness, Sé Boutique Hotel ensures the washing and disinfection of surfaces where employees and guests circulate, the cleaning, several times a day, of surfaces and objects of common use (including counters, light and elevator switches, door or cabinet handles), the preference for wet cleaning, instead of dry cleaning or the use of vacuum cleaner and, in the restaurant areas, the hygiene reinforcement of utensils, equipments, and surfaces.
We also intend to ensure that there is always available someone in the team responsible for triggering the procedures in case of suspected infection (escorting the person with symptoms to the isolation space, providing the necessary assistance and contacting the national health service), decontamination of the isolation area whenever there are positive cases of infection and reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection whenever there are suspicious patients, mainly on surfaces frequently handled and, finally, the correct storage of waste produced by patients suspected of infection in a plastic bag that, after closed (e.g. with a clamp) must be sent to a licensed operator for the management of hospital waste with biological risk.
